Diallo Dramane, technician of molecular biology laboratory at the UCRC

Diallo Dramane in November 16th 1991 in Bougouni-the region of Sikasso (Mali). In 2012, he obtained his high school diploma at Zeina high school in Bamako in biological science terminal. He was selected State Fellow to study outside the country. In Algeria, he began his higher studies in Science of Nature and Life at Djillali Liabes University of Sidi Bel Abbes.

After two years of common core he pursued with a degree in Cellular Biology and Physiology. He completed his stay in Algeria with a Master of Research in Molecular Biology, Immunology and Health, defending the theme “Hyperbilirubinemia effects on pancreatic head cancer”. One year of English classes at the MactaLang Center has raised his level for a good career in the field of scientific research.

Back in the country in August 2017, he began an advanced training course in anatomy and pathology cytology of the University Hospital Center Point G, after others carried out in Algeria including the blood transfusion center of Sidi Bel Abbès, at Hassani Abdel Kader University Hospital (at the blood analysis laboratory, at the Pathology Anatomy Unit and the Surgery Archiving Department) and at the Bougouni Reference Health Center.

Finally, since September 2018, he has been working as a staff member of the University Clinical Research Center (UCRC) as a technician in the Molecular Biology Laboratory, which is an American-Malian program where the the actions helps to improve the quality of the results in the field of the research. During these times, he was able to familiarize himself with the different techniques and equipment such as PCR techniques, electrophoresis, macroscopic diagnosis at the tissue level and even sequencing.
