Job Description:
The Postdoc will be responsible for supporting Open Data Science Plate-form software tools development, providing technical support for data integration. He/she will develop and manage containerized workflows for trainings and ensure datasets are set up at for training venues. He/she will work cross-cutting support for site computational infrastructure.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for one-year renewable, contract position of a Postdoc. The position will be in the African Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics (ACE-B), USTTB, Bamako, Mali.
